Most women don’t realise they have outgrown the way they are holding life, until it starts costing them more than it gives.
It rarely arrives as a crisis. More often it is quieter than that. A sense that the way you are living, working, choosing or understanding yourself has stopped matching who you have become.
It might have arrived at a crossroads. It might be a ceiling you keep meeting. It might have come with the end of a relationship, or a change you did not choose. It might simply be that something has shifted in you and nothing around it has caught up yet.
From the outside, very little may appear to be wrong. By most measures, you are doing well. That is part of what makes this so difficult to say out loud.
You may not be able to name it yet
You may not be able to describe precisely what needs to change.
That is not something to resolve before you begin. Often it is the opposite. The women who come to me are frequently the ones who cannot yet put it into words. They know something in them is holding them back from what they can sense is possible, and they cannot point to where it lives.
You may not know exactly what needs to change yet. That is where our work begins.
You may already have people for this. An accountant. A lawyer. A board. Perhaps a coach, and a team who look to you.
Every one of those relationships asks you to be competent, certain and in charge.
What I offer is a different kind of room.
One where you can explore personal questions without having to perform, protect an image, or manage someone else’s expectations. Somewhere you can say the whole of it.
Who I work with
I work with established women moving through significant personal or professional transformation, who want someone they deeply trust alongside them for it.
They have usually achieved a great deal already. They have often done a lot of work on themselves: the strategy, the thinking, the practical steps. And something underneath it is still not moving.
Spiritual.
Personal.
Practical.
Not separate.
What this relationship is
This is not a programme and there is no curriculum.
It is a private relationship that takes the shape your situation needs.
I work across the spiritual, the personal and the practical at once, because I have never found them to be separate. A question that looks like a business decision is rarely only a business decision. And something that feels entirely internal almost always has somewhere it needs to land in your actual life.
- Some months we explore the beliefs sitting underneath a decision.
- Sometimes we use meditation or spiritual practice.
- Sometimes we talk about your work or your business directly.
- Sometimes it is a difficult conversation you need to prepare for.
- Sometimes it is simply the experience of being seen and understood accurately.

Private Intuitive Mentorship is a ten-month relationship, held online.
Monthly
One 60-minute private session each month
Three deeper intensives
Three deeper intensive sessions during the year

Private voice and text access to me
As needed
Access to on-demand resources through a private portal, where I think they will serve you. These may include a meditation, an activation, or a programme to work through.
I do not run regular client sessions in November and December.
I am currently speaking with women about beginning in the new year.
One thing I ask of you
You do not need any experience of meditation. You do need to be open to it.
Beyond that, we begin with where you are.

On privacy
I rarely publish the names or the stories of the women I work with.
The work is personal, and most of what is said inside it is not said anywhere else. That is the point of it. Discretion is not a courtesy I extend. It is the condition that makes the work possible.
You will not find my private clients on this page.
You would not find yourself here either.
About Folake
My own way into this work was not a straight line.
I am the founder of Inner Power Game and the author of Big Energy. My perspective has been featured in Forbes and Woman & Home, I have written for Entrepreneur UK, and I host the Inner Power Game podcast.
Intuitive and shamanic practice became part of my own journey at a point when the way I had been living had stopped working for me. What I discovered through that experience continues to inform the way I work with women now.
